Payment & Refund Policy – NowCare24

1. Applicable Services

This policy applies to all services provided by NowCare24, including but not limited to:

  • Attendant Care & Nursing Care

  • Critical Care & Rehab Care

  • Physiotherapy

    (Note: Separate terms may apply for Physiotherapy and short-term intervention services).

2. Direct Payment to NowCare24

  • No Direct Cash to Caregivers: You are strictly advised not to pay any CareGiver directly in cash or cheque unless explicitly authorized by the NowCare24 Customer Service team.

  • Official Payments: All payments must be made directly to NowCare24 via our Website, Online Links, or official Cash/Cheque pickup.

  • Non-Accountability: NowCare24 will not be held accountable for any amount paid directly to a CareGiver. Such amounts will not be adjusted against your official service fee.

3. Payment Modes & Taxes

  • Accepted Modes: We accept Online Payments (Payment Gateway), NEFT/IMPS, Cheque, and Cash.

  • Online Preference: NowCare24 prefers advance online payments to ensure timely disbursements to our caregivers.

  • Pickup Limit: Cash/Cheque pickup facility is available only for amounts above Rs. 1,500/-. Amounts below this must be paid online.

  • Taxes: A 5% tax (or as per prevailing government regulations) will be applicable to all services provided.


4. Payment Facilities & Cycles

To ensure uninterrupted service, we offer the following payment cycles:

WeeklyAn invoice is generated every 7 days. Payments must be made in advance. A penalty of Rs. 100/- per day will be applicable on overdue payments.
MonthlyThis is a strictly advance payment service for 30 days. If advance payment is not received, the account will default to the Weekly cycle.

5. Surcharge (Festival Season)

To incentivize CareGivers to support patients during major festivals, a Surcharge will be applicable.

  • You will be informed two days prior to the festival.

  • The fee typically ranges from Rs. 100 to Rs. 300 per 12-hour visit, depending on the specific festival.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice Period: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling +91-7355037377 or through our website no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged at 100% of the service fee.

  • Provider Availability: In case of rescheduling, NowCare24 does not guarantee the availability of the same CareGiver.

  • Right to Cancel: NowCare24 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment without prior notice.

7. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Once a refund is initiated, the balance amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days.

  • Method: All refunds will be processed exclusively through NEFT/Bank Transfer.

  • Advance Refunds: In case of service cancellation by NowCare24, any advance payment made for the remaining sessions will be refunded in full.

8. Legal Terms & Disputes

  • Overdue Payments: If payment is not cleared within 30 days of the overdue date, NowCare24 reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the Mumbai District Court.

  • Verified Visits: Invoices are generated based on verified attendance. Charges for unverified visits will be added post-confirmation from both the customer and the caregiver.
