1. Applicable Services
This policy is applicable to all specialized home healthcare services provided by NowCare24, including:

2. Direct Payment Warning
No Direct Cash to Caregivers: Clients are strictly advised NOT to pay any CareGiver directly. NowCare24 will not be accountable for any unauthorized payments made directly to staff. Such amounts will not be adjusted against your official service fee.
Official Payments Only: All payments must be made directly to NowCare24 via our official Website, Online Links, or authorized Cash/Cheque pickup.
3. Payment Modes & Taxes
- Accepted Modes: Online (Gateway), NEFT/IMPS, Cheque, and Cash.
- Pickup Policy: Cash/Cheque pickup is available only for amounts above Rs. 1,500/-.
- Taxes: A 5% tax (or as per government regulations) is applicable to all services.
4. Payment Facilities & Cycles

| Weekly | Invoices generated every 7 days. Advance payment required. Penalty of Rs. 100/day on overdue payments. |
| Monthly | Strictly 30-day advance payment. Failure to pay in advance defaults the account to the Weekly cycle. |
5. Festival Surcharge
To support our CareGivers during major festivals, a surcharge (Rs. 100 - Rs. 300 per 12-hour visit) will apply. Clients will be notified 2 days in advance.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Notice Period: Minimum 24-hour notice required via +91-7355037377.
Late Cancellation: Within 24 hours of the appointment will attract 100% service fee charges.
7. Refund Policy
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 3 working days.
- Method: All refunds are made via NEFT/Bank Transfer only.
- Full Refunds: Applicable if NowCare24 cancels the service for the remaining sessions.
