These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access and use by you of the technology, websites, content, products, and Services made available by NowCare24 collectively also referred to as (“we” or “us”).
NowCare24 is a bridge between independent health caregivers (“CareGivers”) for in-home personal care (“Service”) and you or another person who is a relative (“Patient”). NowCare24 does background and experience verification of these CareGivers via an independent background verification company. The Service is provided by these CareGivers only and not by NowCare24.
You on behalf of the Patient request NowCare24 to provide Service at home or any other location agreed with NowCare24. You agree that the Service is advised by a legal medical practitioner and you undertake the responsibility of the Service and risks involved.
NowCare24 will ensure high quality of Service but will not be responsible for any Service error including criminal activity by CareGivers. You understand and agree that the Service offered by NowCare24 directly or through CareGivers/affiliates has a risk of failure and/or adverse effects resulting in possible mortality or permanent disability.
You understand and agree that NowCare24 does not guarantee any recovery or outcome. You agree to provide a safe environment for CareGivers and ensure they are not harassed, abused, or troubled physically or emotionally. You authorize NowCare24 to collect and share Patient data (without revealing identity). NowCare24 is not responsible for data misuse by third parties. Payments must be made as agreed and are not linked to the Service outcome.
Appointments for Service with NowCare24 can be scheduled through the NowCare24 website or by calling +91-7355037377. Your request for Service is only accepted when you receive a booking confirmation from NowCare24.
NowCare24 reserves the right to assign any CareGiver as it deems fit. While we try to honor preferences, we do not guarantee the same CareGiver will be assigned on all days. Assignments may change without prior notice.
Payments can be made via cash, payment gateway, or Cheque drawn in favor of NowCare24. You agree to make payment as soon as the demand is raised. NowCare24 reserves the right to cancel ongoing or future appointments if payments are overdue.
All intellectual property on the Website remains the property of NowCare24 or its providers. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any materials or circumvent security features of the Website. Content is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
In no event shall NowCare24 be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages. The total aggregate liability of NowCare24 for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).
You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information (name, age, weight, medical history). Failure to provide accurate data may result in adverse consequences for which NowCare24 is not liable.
We suggest a plan of action after a detailed conversation regarding the Patient’s condition. Payment is requested only after you agree to the plan and costs. We may request online payments through SMS, email, or our website. Except in urgent situations, service commences only upon receipt of payment.
You agree to receive communications (SMS, email, calls) from NowCare24 and assigned CareGivers, including promotional newsletters, special offers, and reminders.
Termination: NowCare24 may terminate Service at any time for any reason via email/SMS.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Must be done via website or customer care at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We do not guarantee the same CareGiver for rescheduled times.
Refunds: Please refer to our deployment document provided during documentation for details.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Mumbai.
