1. About NowCare24

NowCare24 acts as a specialized bridge between independent health caregivers (“CareGivers”) and the person receiving care (“Patient”) or their relative (“Customer”). We facilitate background and experience verification of CareGivers through independent agencies. However, the actual Service is rendered by independent CareGivers and not directly by NowCare24.

2. Customer & Patient Agreement

By requesting our services at home or any agreed location, you agree to the following:

• Medical Guidance: You confirm that the service requested is advised by a legal medical practitioner.
• Assumption of Risk: You understand that healthcare services involve inherent risks. NowCare24 is not liable for service errors, adverse effects, mortality, or permanent disability.
• Safe Environment: You must provide a safe and respectful environment for CareGivers. Any form of harassment or abuse will lead to immediate termination of service.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked via our official website or by calling +91-7355037377. A service request is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a formal booking confirmation from NowCare24.

4. CareGiver Assignment

NowCare24 reserves the sole right to assign or replace CareGivers based on availability and skill requirements. While we respect client preferences, we do not guarantee the same CareGiver for the entire duration of the service. Assignments may change without prior notice to ensure continuity of care.

5. Payment Terms & Billing

Payments are mandatory and independent of the service outcome. We accept:

• Cash, Online Payment Gateways, or Cheques (Favoring: NowCare24).
• Advance Payment: Except in emergencies, service commences only after the agreed payment is received.
• Overdue Accounts: NowCare24 reserves the right to suspend ongoing or future services if payments are delayed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NowCare24 shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed INR 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only).

7. Data Privacy & Communication

You authorize us to collect and share patient data (anonymized where possible) for service optimization. By using our platform, you consent to receive communications via SMS, Email, and Calls regarding service updates, reminders, and promotional offers.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation: Must be initiated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment via our website or support line.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by our specific deployment document provided during the onboarding process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology on this website are the exclusive property of NowCare24. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
